Due diligence is very detailed and wide analysis of the company- investment objective, which is done by order and for account of potential buyer in agreement and cooperation with seller.
It is compulsory part of long term process of taking over the company. Long term success of the transaction depends on correctness of due diligence performance.
The crucial objective of this process id winding the answers on questions:
- does the company- investment objective/ so-called target/ give opportunities of success of planned takeover?
- is information provided to the buyer by seller’s company verified in company’s documents and conducted local visions.
