As part of widely understood market of the real estate we are drawing up studies concerning
1) The valuation:
- developed and undeveloped,
- residential, commercial (office blocks, magazines, logistic centers, others), agricultural and forest,
- for different needs:
a) lending/loans/banks,
b) the exchange, the sale or the negotiation,
c) the contribution (aport) input,
d) the update of fees for the perpetual usufruct,
e) transformations,
f) accounting,
g) calculating payments and setting compensations in the relation to the change of the management plan ,
h) for calculating legal payments,
i) for determining inheritance and donation taxes.
