1. We get information about  credibility and competence of Polish and international companies.

We search for this purpose:

• resources of national and international departments and organizations,
• Internet resources, including specialized data base and so called invisible Internet, press publications
• enquire at business organizations, we take part in meetings and trade fair. We consult with people who are considered as authority in their professional field, with competitors and company customers about whom we look for information.

2. We advice our customers how formulate contract clause specially in transnational exchange. Correct definition of technical parameters of imports is especially important.

3. We organize and exercise pre-shipment inspections.

These are:

• quality assurance
• quality assurance  often connected with sampling and analysis controls during production process
• controls of  means of transport and containers
• complaints controls
• monitoring of consignment process

We cooperate with the best control organizations in the world.

Together with our customers we establish ways of control  arrangement and their range which is suitable to particular situation, in order to protect our customers’ interests

We exercise services as an independent company, which is not connected personally or in terms of capital with our customers and their competitors. We do not produce any goods and run good exchange.
